Very Hungry Caterpillar Children’s Costume Travis Designs

This is a deluxe Caterpillar costume inspired by the famous book ‘The Very Hungry Caterpillar’ by Eric Carle.

The costume is a two piece set with a detailed striped and padded tabard and a separate hood with eyes and little feelers. Down each side of the tabard are rows of little caterpillar feet.

Tabard style costumes are a great choice as they are easy to put on and take off and are worn over normal clothes so even the littlest ones can dress themselves. the hood fastens under the chin

The Very Hungry Caterpillar Costume is available in 2 sizes

3-5 years to fit height 104cm,  chest 58cm,  waist 53cm

6-8 years to fit height 128cm,  chest 64cm, waist 56cm

With it’s colourful striped design we thought this could be a great choice as a World Book Day costume to go with the ‘Very Hungry Caterpillar’ book or any book featuring a caterpillar as a character.
